If you preorder MCAT Village and decide it isn't for you, send me a message within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No exit interviews, no "are you sure." Just a refund.

What's covered

The 30-day window applies to the $49 founders preorder. After preorder closes, MCAT Village goes to its regular price of $99. Both tiers unlock the same paid districts (Prism Works, Atomic Conservatory, Academy Grounds, Heartside Commons, Synthesis Street, and World Hub); only the preorder gets early alpha access as each one ships.

What's not covered

Glow Labs is free, forever, for everyone. There's nothing to refund there.

What happens after a refund

When the refund processes, the paid districts get locked again on your account and you go back to free-tier access. Glow Labs and any progress you made there stays exactly as it was.

After 30 days

After day 30, refunds are at my discretion and handled case by case. Email me anyway. If a district you were waiting for hasn't shipped within a reasonable window, I will refund regardless of the calendar.
